Building new homes is in our blood. Lee Berchtold literally grew up starting at age 4 working alongside his father an engineer/contractor. After a college education and attempts at a couple of other enterprises, building was selected in 1976 as my career of choice. The rest is as they say history. We work with your design or ours to achieve your dream home.

Renovation of Single or Multi-Family Homes
We cover the range of interior/exterior renovations from paint, facelifts, new windows and doors, kitchens, baths. We also build-up for second and third floors or out, to create more space for any variety of needs.

Historic Renovations
Growing up in Pennsylvania gave us ample opportunity to work on the “oldies but goodies”. Here we have districts where Historic Preservation” has become a treasure for our community and keeping the original look pure is important to you the owner as well as the local building departments.
